Free shuttle service from Burbank airport. Friendly desk. 3 star b/c windows don’t have good soundproofing from freeway noise. Also wasn't able to charge cell phone in my room as needed a 3 prong adapter. Wall shampoo dispenser wasn’t empty but pump didn’t work. But overall is nice for the price.

Honestly, first time staying in this area. Usually stay in Hollywood itself or escape to the mountains. However the convenience of having ample parking next door ($25 a day though) but walking distance to a ton of options for dining, entertainment and shopping. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and updated. The front desk staff checked us in very quickly. Our rooms were easy to find and parking was simple. We ate dinner at the café before leaving to go to a concert. They had food out us within 10 minutes of ordering. They were kind and courteous. Hotel was quiet and had fantastic mountain views. Highly recommend!

Check in with Matthew was excellent! He had some very good recommendations for dinner and for our trip to Universal Studios. The room was very clean and comfortable and the area was perfect for our family. We were able to walk around and find dinner and the market down the street was a nice touch!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My only concern was the terrible service that I received at the CAFE by one waitress. Unfortunately, I got her both times that I went. She made a habit of going to everyone that came in after me, even when I was at the counter to be clearly seen. I needed to ask someone to get me my check and when she came over, she gave me the wrong check and then rolled her eyes at me when she needed to get the right one. The second time, I left no tip. The area is good and the room was great. The parking is easy.
