Excellent location! This property is right downtown Burbank close to wonderful boutiques, restaurants, comedy club, and freeway. The parking garage is large with safe and ample parking spaces.

Always an enjoyable stay at this Burbank hotel. Although the overall buildings are showing their age and rooms are in need of improvements, the staff, pricing and location make up for a number of these deficiencies.

The property could use a few upgrades. The ceilings in the bathroom showed rust. However, the staff, quiet atmosphere and location made up for that. The bed was comfortable and the property was clean. Highly recommend

Would stay there again. Would fly into Burbank rather than LAX everytime. Much better experience staying in Burbank. I like this place and would recommend it.

Needs a major reno
Don’t be deceived by the fresh outside and lobby. The rooms are straight out of the 80s with the same puffy chairs and banquet carpet that was likely put in when they opened. Floors are stained, the ceiling is chipping, cabinets don’t shut, elevators show the wrong floor numbers. The best thing was the service crew at the bar and cafe. They were personable and great at what they do.
