This property is nice, rooms somewhat small. The area is great so many shops and tons on eateries walking distance. My issue is the parking. I reserved this hotel through Expedia and from the advertising I was under the impression there was designated free parking for us. There is absolutely no free parking they do have a parking lot for those staying at the hotel in the back of the building across the street and it’s a scan and go parking lot. We paid 46 dollars to park for one day as I didn’t have any communication or instructions that they would give us a voucher and we only pay 8.00 so we lost out on that money. 8.00 dollars would have been fine I guess. Once parked we had to walk with all our bags as there’s no entrance in the back without a key card so we had to walk all the way around with our bags to the front with tons of action going on being we are in a very busy area. Luckily we only stood one night because I was a bit frustrated.

I did like the stay it was convenient walking distance to shopping , restaurants, theater. Only problem I have bed were not queen and room was not deluxe which I requested . When I arrived I got two full size bed and a standard room

You do have to walk up some steep stairs to get to the hotel, so it might not be suitable for people with physical challenges. The area around for dining was good and very walkable. Parking offsite a block away was a reasonable $8 per night.

At 7:00 am, room 105 loses all sense of quiet. The room seems to be under a storage room or who knows what but at 7:00 sharp there was so much noise coming from upstairs that we couldn’t sleep at all. Steps, sounds of broomsticks, more steps and apparently, not a floor mat to muffle all the noise. Everything else was fine, you get what you paid for but, one goes to a hotel to rest and that, we didn’t have there.

The front desk staff were super friendly. Helped me get a better rate than this app! The Hotel is clean and quiet. Love how close dining options are too. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Boutique Hotel in the heart of Glendale food district and very close to major shopping. The staff and management were very accomodating and we had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would definitely consider staying here on our next trip.

Really nice character to this hotel. Front desk staff were great. Area is fantastic and very safe, tons of places to eat and get coffee/food. I'm a little allergic to older hotel carpeting and the room was partly carpeted which triggered mine :) Otherwise, great hotel!

I was in a dire need of a steamer for my events, and this room was equipped with a full size garment steamer!! Rustic and comfy. It was also nice to have the helpful and courteous staff available at all times!
