We loved Hotel Fig! The staff were incredible: so friendly, so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful. I love how it still had the historic feel, but in an upscale, modern way. Both restaurants are fantastic. I felt safe walking the area downtown, and loved that Target, Starbucks and a few other shops were super close by for a quick run for anything you might need. This hotel would be perfect for couples, or anyone going to an event at Crypto.com Arena. We went to a Lakers game and it took less than five minutes to walk over to the arena. I couldn’t speak highly enough of this property, its staff, and our entire experience.

Great location for downtown LA, crypto.com arena! Hotel was nice, your paying for location so the rooms were a bit small forvthe price, but very comfy. Food was above my pay-grade but pool was lovely. Doors aren't well sealed so you can hear and smell the hallway, but wasn't a big deal. Staff were absolutely excellent!

For the most part the hotel is very dark. The amenities fee is totally unnecessary for a pool that you never used and a coffee machine in your room that was liking and not working properly and the carpet was very dusty. Still very updated hotel in a not good area when you go out *unfortunately you can see the homeless people right there and is a few businesses next door with very scary people talking very loudly ou fighting is a really bad area. We were really astonished.

Our second time staying here. The staff was so welcoming. I especially want to thank Nicole at the front desk for her amazing service. She made my birthday even more special. My cat also loved it. We had to take him out of town with us last minute and we were so glad they are pet friendly!

Simply wonderful! The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The bed and pillows were just heavenly. I heard no noises from outside my room. And i had a fantastic breakfast at Cafe Fig too. I will certainly return when i come to LA.
