Hotel lobby and other shared areas are well designed. However the furniture in the rooms is very old and requires renovation. Over it’s a good hotel if you are looking for a short term stay. The worst part is the parking. The hotel parking is extremely expensive.

We arrived 1 hour earlier than check in time and was allowed to check in. We dinned in the restaurant. Food was amazing. We used our drink voucher that was given to us. Was told only for beer but bartender allowed it for my cocktail. You could definitely see the wear and tear in furniture in our room. I wished there was a mirror in the room. We traveled with 2 teenage girls who take long showers. So having an extra mirror in room would have helped. Other than that our experience was great!

This hotel was Gorgeous! Beyond gorgeous! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean, the bathroom and walk-in shower were so nice. And the products were fancy and smelled amazing! We felt very fancy and pampered. The room service food options looked great too (we had to leave early for the airport, or we would've ordered for sure!). We'll be back for sure! Thanks guys!

Very disappointing hotel for the nightly rate. No free coffee or continental breakfast. We had to ask for a microwave after they took away the communal microwave in the lobby. Also doesn’t makes sense to be charge a resort/holiday fee for every night. Our tv barely worked. It is close by the other stores in the area but lots of homeless people and car window washers so be careful.
