Great choice in Koreatown
Hotel management was super communicative by text prior to our stay. Appreciate the effort to allow us to check in one hour early. We had tickets to something important. Valet across the street is 24/7 tied to the hotel. Excellent valets. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant prepped a to -go dinner at 9:30. Food was delicious and service was great.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and service. The complimentary wine and coffee were a great touch. Hotel was quiet and felt very safe. Beds were comfortable and our room was very clean. There were so many food options less that a 5 minute walk away. Will absolutely stay here again.

This was mine and my husband's second time staying at this hotel and we love it! We really like the area and there are many great food options just a short walk away. The staff is always amazing and goes above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend.

It's very old building. You can hear people walking above. No noise insulation between rooms and floors. Staffs were nice. Location is nice. Bathroom needs to be updated

The location is great, the hotel felt safe, staff seemed overworked but were really friendly and helpful. The room was pretty bare bones but the bed was comfortable. The worst part was the lack of sound insulation - both from the hallway and the street. But easily solved with a white noise app. One accessibility note is that the elevators were unreasonably slow so it's a better experience if you don't mind taking the stairs. I'd stay there again.
