Great place
Wow! We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and location. Just a short walk to so many fun things to do. A wide variety of food, drinks, and shopping all a very short walk. We were blown away with how much fun we had in our one night stay. We stayed here before getting on our Carnival Cruise vacation and it was worth it. The staff was friendly, helpful, and we felt important. If you get a chance to eat at Tequila Jacks or Big E Pizza, we highly recommend.

It was great until I had to turn the ac on, it was very loud and did not let me sleep. I had to call the front desk at 2:30 Am to see if they could transfer me to another room. I had a 8 am flight the next morning so I got no sleep.

Hotel was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was so friendly. There’s a nice little bar downstairs with food and snacks as well. Great for family or traveling solo.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great and short walk to shoreline village, shops, restaurants, beach, and aquarium. The hotel is so cute, great rooms, love the shower, so fancy, with great views, rooftop bar with pool. The staff, especially McKenna and Juan were so super friendly and made some great recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. I will come back and stay again anytime I can.

It was a nice hotel near a shopping mall. Very few amenities such as a grocery store within walking distance. I found it very disappointing that we requested a wake up call ( to catch our flight on time ) and no one bothered to call. When I told the front desk about this they didn’t seem to care nor did they apologize. My second issue was that the hotel had a New Year’s Eve party on the rooftop deck ( for people who had repurchased tickets . My daughter and I went to watch the fireworks on the rooftop and one of the guests from the party told us we were obstructing their view and asked us to move. We couldn’t see the fireworks and felt like we were treated like we didn’t belong even though we paid over 400 a night to stay just like everyone else. Overall I would not stay here again.

Very convenient location to shops and restaurants. Although amongst the outlets, it was very quiet and my felt safe in the area during the holidays. We utilized the bar, in house bistro, and the beautiful roof top pool. All seemed nice. Our problems began the morning of checkout, my husband took a shower and used the towel that was folded neatly on the bottom shelf. While drying off he noticed dark specks! Yup! You guessed it..rat droppings. The front desk was called and a young lady showed up to remove the infested towel. She apologized with a chuckle and confirmed what we already knew. My husband took a pic and was told we would hear from someone regarding the situation, here we are 11 days later and not a word from the hotel. He had to shower again and luckily we were on our way out, otherwise the ick factor and lack of acknowledgement would have prompted an earlier checkout. I wonder what else was missed in cleaning the room!!!
