Bathrooms were dirty. Pee pubes I si de toilet and seat. Complained and they moved me rooms. Second room also had hair on toilet seat, they didn’t have another room so they cleaned it. But makes me think that they didn’t clean either room

Major fees for Mediocre Options
Rooms were average, but the hotel nickel and dimes for everything. No nearby parking so valet for $50/night is over the top + no free breakfast. Instead they have the same free breakfast options, but charge $11 pp. Will stay elsewhere.

The Hyatt location was very convenient and walking distance to Glendale Galleria. There were lots of choices of restaurants in the area. The place was clean and staff were attentive. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. The only thing was the front desk did not inform us that there is a parking garage close to the hotel that gives discount to hotel customers. Instead, they said they only have valet parking which is more expensive. It felt like a scam.

It’s was terrible we just want to enjoy our stay but it went so bad. We are trying to get our sleep so we can get up and go to universal studio with the family. So we sleep early around 730pm. We are sleep and some one knock in our door. So in a hurry too but we are sleep I’m trying to get to the door but the maintenance guy keep knocking can ever wait. In short they have lick in the bathroom then he check he said Oky it’s good. I’m about to get my sleep phone ring and the reception lady so make me mad she keep talking in the phone instead they need to give us a solution so it will solve quick. But no she keep talking in the phone. Then they decided to move us on the next room so we did. Oh my god I’m about to get my sleep again guess what phone ring again what a horrible night then some one knock the door again guess what the room that we move had a problem too it’s leaking too. It’s a bad night for us a family vacation that we plan it went to horrible night for us. Trying to get sleep but whole night phone ring knocking on the door and moving in the room was so bad and crazy.

The first few nights were a bit rough. The first room I was assigned to was on the 10th floor. It had a smell (body odor), and the tv was blue and defected. We let the front desk know and they resolved it by switching our rooms. Once we switched, we then noticed our lamps were lopsided. This doesn’t bother me, but could see why it would affect other guest since the second room offered was faulty as well. Overall, the breakfast is great and the service is excellent. The workers really try to work with you and resolve all issues. We were offered a waiver and they were quick to try to help us with any issues. I’m a bit thrown off by the parking though. I was informed that it would be 50 for my stay, not 42 per night. I’d stay again for the service and breakfast but really hope next time we’d get a better room, or they’d consider making single pay for parking during your stay.

Nice Hotel, pleasant staff, good location
We were in town to attend a Price is Right taping. The hotel is close to the airport and studio. Hotel breakfast was good and the eating area was clean. There are other restaurants in the area as well as shopping etc. My only issue with the hotel was that there was a very noticeable brownish dirty spot on the bathroom wall that you could see where seated. You got to clean the walls also.

It is safe, convenient, walk to shopping centre also dinings. Coffee and tea has to be 24hrs. Also parking it is very expensive. They should find another solution for their guests.

Lovely, spacious room, very clean. I wish the breakfast was included in the price though. The valet parking was very efficient but pricey as well. All the staff were great. I would definitely stay here again.
