Staff service is excellent, very friendly. Area is convenient in walking distance to convention center, shopping centers, restaurants, the boardwalk, etc. Really excellent place for tourist attraction. My family and I had a good experience staying at this hotel.

Wonderful hotel.
Wonderful stay. The staff at the front counter upon my arrival were excellent. Gave me some bottled water and got me into my room early. Great workout room. Great spa and pool. Pool may be slightly heated even. Room was well outfitted with nice supplies.

This was a great place to stay. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast buffet is an overpriced free breakfast from other places. I can’t believe it was $28 for an adult and $14 for kids to eat runny eggs and make your own waffle. Definitely get breakfast from the marketplace not the buffet.

I liked that it is an upmarket hotel. Everything you need for your stay. Lovely view over the harbour and could walk couple of minutes across. The staff were very friendy and couldnt do enough to help.
