This property is beyond amazing. When first arriving, we got upgraded to a top floor room and the staff was so friendly and so informative… when staying there you have so many perks to do some cool things complementary in the area along with free popcorn. The hotel is gorgeous. The lobby bar is fun and the staff there is amazing.. room service was delicious and we also had dinner next-door which they let us in not properly dressed. When checking out we needed them to hold our bags for five hours and because they weren’t full, they extended our checkout time to 430 complementary…. If I ever find myself back in LA, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

It was clean, nice view, and service was excellent. However there were several destination fees of $40 plus tax and the valet parking was $60 a day plus tax. Seems a bit excessive and should have been included with the overall cost of the hotel as it’s pretty expensive.
