Hotel convenient located. Rooms and bathroom need to be updated. Our room was in front of the pool and we can hear the noise from the people at the pool. Breaksfast ran out of eggs on Saturday morning and did not have many options.

This is a pet friendly place which is fantastic. Many dog droppings on the outside which of course is due to less than responsible dog owners. Then people wonder why pet friendly places are difficult to find or there's a large non-refundale fee.There is a designated dog relief area with waste bags a plus but it looks pretty bad. That being said the staff is great and the interior and my room very nice and clean. I would stay here again.

Fine for evacuating with pets
We stayed here when we evacuated with our pets from L.A. fires. Happy they took us in with pets. We were safe and comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. Not a fancy hotel, but nothing was wrong at all. It was clean and comfortable. There was an awful sewage odor by the elevator on the first floor at the center of the building but our room was fine.

Due to the evacuations caused by the Eaton fire I came to this hotel to get away. Staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in way early at no cost. Pets were welcomed and was treating just like family. Over all clean rooms and great staff.

I booked my room online and then they charge me another $250 extra and it was more charges and does not cool if you book a room online and then they make you pay again upfront does not cool bad service plus $150 incidentals that’s too much not even the five star hotels do it like the Holiday Inn or the Doubletree I will go there
