I can see why they are renovating the place, lots of the stuff in the room is pretty beat up. That being said it wasn't too expensive and the staff is very nice and accommodating given the situation.

Nice hotel with park like vibe
They were going through renovations, and this made it difficult since I have mobility issues. There wasn't a ramp to access the lobby or rooms. Fortunately, there was scaffolding I could use to pull myself up onto the curb as I can't maneuver steps higher than 5 inches. I could not find a usable ramp. The website said they were renovating. Would have been nice if they mentioned accessability maybe impacted. Looked like they had torn out the ramp from the handicap parking to the lobby and were re-doing it. The room was clean and comfortable but the blackout curtains wouldn't close. Hassel to change rooms so first night I just hoped no one walked by when I was dressing (there were sheer curtains giving a lttle privacy). Second night, I used my McGyver skills to rig it. The staff was nice. Amber at the front desk was super helpful when I checked in. Breakfast had a decent selection, not all carbs. In spite of the construction, the grounds were lovely, the area felt very safe, and businesses were within walking distance. Close to freeway access. Overall it was a good stay. Would stay there again once the renovations are done.

Make sure you request a remodeled room
They have old rooms and remodeled rooms. The old rooms are horrible. Dirty and mattresses are very very uncomfortable.

Im not one to complain. Very tolerant. But this place….was filthy. The front desk clerk was so sweet. When I opened my door to the room. It reeked of cigarette. I told the clerk. She graciously apologized and gave me another key. When i opened the door to the 2nd room, the lamps on the tables were broken. No light. I went back and this time the clerk said she would go with me this time to make sure. We go to the 3rd room. The urine smell smacked us hard in the face when she opened the door. She was so apologetic and I knew it wasn’t her fault. The fourth room worked but it still wasn’t great. It was so so dirty. The base boards had layers of grime. At this point I was exhausted and didn’t care. I love LaQuintas. I usually do LaQuintas in Florida and they are phenomenal. This LaQuinta was the worst experience ever. As stated, I’m very tolerant, but this review was needed.

Hotel is under renovation. We were not aware of this when we booked. Room is adequate ,nothing special. They do provide breakfast. When I needed some attention at the desk, nobody answered their phones. The hotel no longer has any cash.So when I needed to change open twenty I was not able to get it.

This hotel is tired
This hotel is tired. Service was good but had several areas of wear and tear that were not addressed. Mold on the bathroom floor, corners crack and dirty. A slightly yellow stain was on the bedspread and there was no UBS outlets. We will not be returning.
