I wished to cancel my reservation because the event I was to attend in LA had been cancelled. I could not do so without downloading the Expedia App, though my reservation had been taken without using the App. Expedia offers only Ai customer 'service.' No phone that I could find. The App scrapes and shares a whole lot of data. Decided to pay for the privilege of privacy and avoid the site whenever possible.

There to get some rest on a lay over to a connecting 14 hour flight Check in at 3, ( got there at 1:30 but had to wait until 3 to checkin) Got my room, went out to get a bite, had a shower and laid dow around 5:30 but could not rest because of renovations Try to ret tossed and turned until around 7 and decided to check out and just go to the airport. Spent 40.00 from airport to hotel, 200.00 for the room and another 40.00 back to the airport. Now about the construction on the floor below me the front desk should have told me or never put that close to the construction.

The Miyako is a great little boutique hotel in downtown LA. That’s hard to find. Street parking is limited, but it was easy to unload my car before pulling into Valet parking with in and out Service.

Hidden gem!
First time staying at the hotel, but will be returning! From the arrival with Valet, To everyone at the front desk check-in was a breeze and staff was helpful. Breakfast downstairs was delicious! The star of the hotel is the Karaoke Lounge! So much fun! Perfect location to walk just steps to Little Tokyo and right across the street from the museum. What an experience
