I have zero complaints. The staff was excellent, the price was great and the bed was comfortable. I was in town for a convention and the O was a short walk to LA convention center. Lots of great food options around too

Good but with a complaint
Overall, everything seemed fine to me. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the location is very good. The only bad thing I have to say is that when I arrived at the hotel at night, I always found small cockroaches both in the bathroom and on the furniture in the room, that was really disgusting, we always went to sleep afraid that they would get into the bed or even worse, in our mouth! We didn't say anything because I didn't want to be one of those clients who makes a fuss about natural situations such as animals being where they shouldn't be. However, I think it's important that the hotel knows about this to see if they can fumigate for pests. As I said before, if it hadn't been for this, my stay would have been perfect.
