Perfect location for museums and music. Staff at this hotel were unfailingly polite, kind and helpful. (And they were dealing with the LA fire refugees and numerous pets.) The only negatives are the high valet-only parking fees, resort fees and numerous taxes beyond those we’d already paid through Expedia. Excellent pianist in the lounge.

Perfect place for DTLA
It's a great hotel for the price. We did the club level - it's a nice perk to have drinks and snacks. Walking distance to the museums and some restaurants.

The staff was really kind and helpful throughout the property, from the valets to the doorman and front desk and housekeeping. Room service was delicious. We found the air conditioning to be high quality and effective, keeping the inside air clean even though there was dangerous smoke and air pollution outside. It was a good stay and we would recommend the hotel.
