Everyone we encountered was extremely kind and helpful! The hotel was exceptionally clean and conveniently located to all the places we were wanting to see. They even had a hot chocolate bar in the lobby during check in and let us keep the holiday mugs which was a big hit with the kids!

The staff was amazing from the valet to the check-in desk, the servers and the bell boy. This was our first time staying in at a Omni Hotel and will not be the last. Definitely will start staying at an Omni hotel.
