The property was nice. Parking garage was dirty with animal feces and stray cats living in the storage they have on the second floor. But other than that, the hotel was nice. The rooms are clean, very spacious that staff is amazing.

Staff was not helpful and our room was inadequate. Our room smelled moldy, the phone didn’t work to call for service, most of the channels did not work, the chair was broken, the faucet was also broken, the sink area had dirty hair all over and the towels were wet and dirty. Very very unpleasant visit.

We were very disappointed. The location was convenient and we have had good experiences with Ramada in the past. This property, however, was unclean, rundown, and in general disrepair. Carpets were old and stained, the room was sparsely furnished, and the air conditioner was so loud, we had to turn it off (after trying to reduce the vibration by moving a bedside table against it).

The hotel is advertised as LAX but there is no shuttle to the airport. Its a 20 minute walk to the nearest transit stop and its impossible to get anywhere from here without a car. The hotel was dirty, we were left with half empty shampoo bottles, no soap or conditioner. The staff here are lovely and were able to hold our bags after check out but management needs to seriously reconsider how this property is being upkept. Not worth the price, pay a little extra and stay somewhere nicer.

Roach hotel!
Everything about that hotel is old and dirty looking; furniture in the lobby and rooms, old and dirty looking. In the room, we had to kill three roaches and found 2 dead roaches. This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We left before check-out because we got little to none sleep thinking about a roach crawling on the bed....

This property was very old and unkept. I did not feel safe in this area as a single woman. The room was old and not kept up. Light fixtures were extremely rusted, caulking in the bathroom was molded over. Unfortunately, I canceled my room because i did not feel safe. Online it said there was airport shuttle service, which upon check-in was not an option they supported.

This is an old hotel. Not up to Ramada standards. The ceiling air vent above the check in counter was black with stuck on dust and dirt. Our room had a very heavy mildew smell. They advertised dining with bar. They advertised room service, well you can't do that when the phones in the room don't work. Only breakfast is served by a server with no gloves on and picks up a waffle with his bare hands and eats it behind the counter. The bathroom floors are dirty with mildew and cracked floors. And no vents in the bathrooms. To air out the room, we had to open the door to the room as the windows didn't open. Which is a fire safety hazard. We were here for my brother's memorial and I recommended this hotel for family. I'm so embarrassed. And my grandson was here who has bad asthma. Ice buckets are in the room however no ice machines on the property. If I hadn't already paid in full for 2 rooms we would have left and not stayed there. This place needs a full overhaul and closed down while doing it. And the health and safety departments called out. Never will I stay at a Ramada again. And no recommendations either.

the room was dirty...them cigarette smell was awful there was no bathroom tissue...when i called the front desk the customer service person was not very nice about and told to walk to the front desk to get some. i had just checked in .... really bad cs..
