Great location!
I'd stay again. Room had some minor disrepair issues. AC noisy. Compressor? Light bulb out on bedside lamp. Although the bulb was replaced, it wasn't promised due to custodian not on duty in evening. Bathroom door knob very loose.

The room was very musty smelling. They were very serious about the 11 am checkout threatening to charge $20 when I was in the lobby waiting for my friend to come down at 11:02.

Hotel is in a convenient location restaurants, stores, gas, shopping, are close by walking distance. However outside the hotel property it could use a fresh coat of paint.

Nice location and good value!
Very nice stay. Well managed. Room was quiet. Across from Hmart and a little mall with a bunch of food spots. The housekeeping was super fast! We slept in missing their rounds and had put the sign out requesting service not really expecting them to even still be there. We just went to eat and they were almost done cleaning already! There is free parking that seems to be just right for the property. Possibly fills up if they are fully booked but I bet they have some contingencies for that. Would stay again!
