I’m not sure what others were speaking of in their reviews but this place was awesome the only issue I had had to do with another guest and nothing to do with the hotel itself. Great location…they cleaned my room each day l…pool was small but did the job and the service was great. I will definitely be booking again!

We booked "Biggie" room on Expedia, paid for room & tax and Hotel still charged me for room & tax on my card. It's been 3 days trying to get the error corrected and still haven't received a response. CHECK YOUR FOLIO before leaving the hotel!!! Room is pretty small yet clean and nice. Pet Friendly. Had a decent stay but left a bad taste in my mouth after seeing this billing error. Should be a simple fix, I don't understand why it's taking this long.

Loved my stay, great dining options in the hotel and within walking distance. Room was well designed and beautiful. Rooftop pool was easy to access and stocked with towels and water. Only issue was it was loud Friday late due to bars and DJ music. I used the valet parking $55 for 24 hours. I read there was a cheaper garage nearby. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

The only problem was trying to understand how the lights in the room work. Not the greatest experience with those but a facilities employee came up to help and instruct me. All of the front desk team were awesome- Heather in particular. So helpful, profesh and goddamned nice! How refreshing!!

I hugely appreciated that the hotel minimised single use items with bottles of soap rather than bars. Providing mugs and glasses rather than disposable options. Tins of water and larger carton of milk that were recyclable. Comfortable and trendy hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient and beautiful property in DTLA. I've stayed at the Hoxton in Portland before and the design in similar. Lovely spacious rooms and love that they have a dinette downstairs. Great service from the team and a great alternative to other hotels downtown.

This hotel does everything with style
The hotel was absolutely lovely. Check-in was friendly and seamless and they provided us with early check-in and an upgrade to a king room. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was well appointed and included comfortable chairs and two separate rooms, one with a toilet and the other with a rainfall shower that made you never want to get out. We tried both of the onsite restaurants, sampling cocktails and Peruvian fare on the rooftop at Cabra while the sun set and enjoying breakfast at Moonlark’s Dinette. Both restaurants were outstanding! This hotel does everything right!

It’s a super cute hotel. The internet was out when I arrived, and no one let me know. I also wasn’t able to connect the next day when it was supposedly working, but the staff were excellent otherwise, very friendly, and the room was super nice and comfortable with a very cool vibe. I’ll need to come again to take full advantage of the rooftop bar.

Great staff.. very comfortable hotel…hotel restaurants are worth a try…only downside is most of L.A. in that area roll up the sidewalks and go home by 6 pm and nothing opens back up till 9-10am.
