Arrived at hotel around 3:15, and was told rooms were not ready. I didn’t mind waiting, as I can understand staff is running behind. We got to our room around 3:45 (check-in starts at 3). On checkout day I asked for a half an hour late check-out time since ny meeting was running a bit late. The gentlemen in the front was quick to say he could not do that even after explaining I was not given my room on time. I know things aren’t always possible but at the end of the day a little goes a long way and in my opinion that is how long term clients are made. Wont be back. (Did find bugs in the room and carpets as well as walls were stained, walls are thin. Hopefully this helps you make your decision when booking.

Great neighbourhood. Hotel felt dated and rooms smelled funny. The gym has new equipment, but small. If you’re thinking about spending a day at the pool, don’t bother. It’s needs a major renovation and is not inviting at all.

They got us in as an early check in. We arrived in LA very early and we were exhausted from a red eye flight. We ate a brunch in their restaurant and then we're notified that we could get the first available room. It was comforting.

Convenient location south of LAX. Short drive to beach. Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach strands are great for strolls along the beach while admiring the homes! Plenty of dining choices nearby. Clean and updated rooms. Turntable in the room and albums available in the lobby to take to your room (at no charge.)

Had a great one night stay. Only issue we had was that the sheets were worn out and torn at the top. Other than that the hotel and restaurant and staff were great! Would recommend.
