Amazing food and service!
Excellent hotel and staff! The Penthouse restaurant is very underrated. My wife and I are foodies and have eaten in some of the world’s best restaurants. The Penthouse had a fun and exciting menu and they consistently execute with perfection. My wife has some food allergies and Chef Manni (spelling ?) was amazing. He came to the table and discussed her food allergies and some substitutions he recommended. He could not have been a better ambassador of the hotel/restaurant. He even made sure proximity to her food allergies was not a problem. Very few chefs are this good with food allergies and we always remember the ones who care. It’s always good business to take care of guests food allergies because when you can’t serve someone with food allergies it is not just their business you lose, but you lose the business of everyone in their group as they will just eat somewhere where everyone can be served. Amazing menu, amazing food and spectacular service defines my experience at The Penthouse restaurant. Thank you!

We chose this place for its proximity to the promenade. What I did not appreciate was the fact that I paid for a room with a city view and got the 5th floor with no view and a moldy, run down apartment complex as the main attraction next door. The spa area was nice but you would think they’d have cold water and cups on hand. The towels were also a bit rough. I would have said something about this to Aileen (Ailene?) when I checked out on the 23rd but she never asked how my stay was. I wouldn’t ever come back here, TBH.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in paradise
Gorgeous hotel, located so close to the beach, and a short walk to great shopping and dining. Room was immaculate with gorgeous amenities. Staff are so pleasant and helpful. Property also has this lovely relaxation hot tub area. Wish we stayed longer. It was amazing.

Great location. Wonderful top floor restaurant/bar from which to view the sunset over the beach. Excellent room refresh each day, which a lot of hotels have dropped. Nice amenities. A couple of misses with information from the staff, but this did not detract much from the overall experience.

Each member of staff were kind, thoughtful, and are there to help. Room felt special with upmarket amenities. Comfortable bed, linens, and plush robe. City view was nice with a bit of ocean view. I liked the lighting schemes. Only thing was the shower head was too low and temp knob was broken.
