Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! The room I stayed in had bed bugs, which I did not know until my last morning. I woke up covered in red bug bites in a zig zag pattern and saw a bed bug crawling next to my pillow when I turned the lights on. The past two days since leaving, I have been experiencing severe discomfort and the bites continue to worsen. The staff denied that there are bed bugs and will not refund my stay nor hire an exterminator to evaluate the room for bed bugs. They claim that the on-site staff is aware of what they look like and how to find them and that they didn’t see any. The manager of the property, Gabriel, noted that there were bugs in the room but that they are not bed bugs… This is unacceptable in so many ways and they have made no effort to resolve the situation.

I was not expecting much. However, there was no hot water in the morning, even after running the water for an unreasonable period of time; and the toilet seat was loose.

It's a shame there's no refrigerator or microwave, but overall it's clean. I recommend it as a suitable place to stay for a day when traveling near Yosemite or Mammoth.

Very small rooms; however, clean. We had 2 double beds with a very small space separating them. All the furniture was dated and well-worn. Parking is free; however, the spots right in front of the rooms fill up quickly.

I would not stay there again or at any other Motel 6. Price was twice what it should have been, way out of line with facilities. Ancient building and stairs, bare bones room, no refrig, tv was old with limited selection and didn’t work properly. However, the room was clean.

Guest literally ran up and down metal stairs and walkways until 1:30 am. No security or intervention from staff. Rooms were clean at check in but not again during stay. No fresh towels provided on second night. Water temperature in shower was warm, no hot water. I’m going to shop around in Mammoth for future stays to find comprable rates and better quality.!

All motel 6’s have very noisy mini fridges so much so that I unplugged them to be able to sleep. The lighting in sixes is poor and the only option when you go into the bathroom area is one switch that turns on the lights and a huge fan that would wake everybody up during night.
