We waited 40 minutes in the lobby for someone to come, there was a sign on the table "I'll be back soon". The TV in our room did not work, the worker said that he could not do anything: he tried to fix the TV himself but it did not work.

No AC for 20F! We had to ask about it. They provided us a very old and very noisy electric heater for our two days stay!! They didn’t clean up our room for our second day stay, which we never experienced before and not even heard about it!! So, we had to ask for towels and soaps for us!!!

Not sure where to start. The room is nice, but very dated. Only a gas heater and no AC, so the room was always stuffy because there is no outside ventilation. When we opened the window, it got stuck and was very difficult to close, The room did have two standing fans. No fan in the bathroom, so using the bathroom resulted in very embarrassing moments for the three of us sharing the room. TV did not work because it had a parental lock, and the staff could not swap out the TV because it was a Saturday evening. The breakfast was good, staff are nice and helpful, but the stay would have been much more enjoyable if the room had been better.

Quality can be better
I do not understand why the breakfast times are different for weekdays and weekends. On weekends, it starts late by one hour. The room was average. Two lamps to serve 90% of the room. It felt dark most of the time. No AC/heater. Bed comfort was below average. Breakfast was good. Spa center was awesome. Housekeeping service was great. With over $150 bucks a night, I expect better.

Great hotel! Breakfast is what you would expect for free continental, but the room was spacious, hot tub was huge, and there were cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. :)

Clean hotel in a good location. It's Mammoth, so everything is old and tired. No A/C. Tricky to use TV with no instructions. Shower was delaminating and looked terrible but worked OK (other than the hot water thing). No housekeeping during your stay unless you ask for it, so save your towels. Not much parking in the garage. Good value for the price and acceptable quality, just set your expectations appropriately.

Standard room for a Quality Inn, but the hot tub is amazing. One of the largest I've ever experienced with oodles of jets. Good breakfast with waffles, pancakes, eggs, pastries, and breads. Contrary to what was on the website, no manager reception. Maybe that's a winter thing?

The property was walking distance to the stores, restaurants and the village. I didn't like that I had a room with a TV that didn't work. When I complained about it, I was told that I must of gotten one of the older rooms.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Mammoth Lakes for two nights. The location is fantastic – it's close to all the major attractions, which made it really convenient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. During my stay, the room wasn’t cleaned, and the bed wasn’t made on the second day. When I inquired, I was told there was a shortage of staff. On the plus side, the breakfast was quite good, and we enjoyed it. Overall, it's a great spot for its location, but cleanliness and service could be improved.
