The property manager was not really trying to understand what my problem was when I stayed, it was like he didn’t really quite understand, but the Jacuzzi and my hotel room wouldn’t turn off, there’s really no access to the property manager via cell phone, so I had to go down to the office and knock on the private door where he came out, and I told him about the Jacuzzi. He came down and tried to turn it off, to no avail, so that kind of messed up that one night for me, I’ll try to see if I can get for the second night. He just kind of talked over me and ignored me. I didn’t like the way I was treated, and I did tell him that I was going to write a review. Over it was pretty clean hotel, I just didn’t like the property management customer service as far as getting something resolved or fixed. It didn’t happen. The Jacuzzi ran all night which it was noisy and I told him that, but he just kind of overlooked that and kind of pretty much wanted us to be gone, so that’s the complaint I had, I don’t know if you could reach out to them to where I can get a partial refund or what have you because the situation was not taken care of, and I’m more than likely will not go back there if I’m ever in Monterey area, Also there’s no number to the front desk. I just assumed it was zero but you couldn’t get anybody and that’s kind of dangerous. If you’re in danger I mean I guess you can call 911, but there was no way of getting to him to fix the problem we had to physically go down to the off
