The location was great. The staff was great. Unfortunately, the view from my window was terrible. Also, there was alot of noise, especially from the room above---It sounded like an elephant training ground! Also, access to the room was poor---After getting off the elevator, people have to go down 6 steps, with luggage, before getting to their rooms.

Great walkable location. Quiet clean rooms. And most important honest staff with amazing integrity!! One person in our group lost $150 out of her pocket without realizing it. We returned from supper and the amazing evening staff person flagged her down and returned the cash. I am awed and humbled by the character demonstrated by this act of kindness. Just can’t say enough good things! We have stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience.

My partner dropped 150.00 in the Lobby on our way out to dinner . The front office staff found it and returned it to her. The hotel was flawless , service was impeccable, facilities were clean and perfect. A outstanding property.

Staff was super helpful. I spoke with at least 5 staff members and they're all kind and welcoming. The room was very clean. The location is just the best as well, they also offer free parking!! Definitely staying here again!

I stayed there for 3 nights. I love the decor of the hotel and the room is nice and clean. The the staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is good there, too, especially the cinnamon roll.
