The staff members are lackluster at best. Often time you see two people at the reception scrolling on their phone even when you approach them. And the tone can be at times unbearable. The house keeping part is also not good. We stated 2 nights and they never replenish the coffee pods. Definitely not a place to stay for the price.

Found a hair on my pillow. The rooms have popcorn ceiling. Not good value for the price they charge per night. Trash on the parking lot. I expected better from Marriott.

The Napa Marriott Hotel is in a great location. It is situated close to other areas to visit like Yountville, Saint Helena, and Rutherford to name a few. Great restaurants all along the Napa region and easy access to wineries. The hotel staff were very welcoming. They have nightly activities scheduled such as wine tasting or roasting marshmallows. Great for family fun. Bedding was also comfortable. Our room had a safe and refrigerator which I also welcome and all guest rooms provide a stall shower.

All around decent hotel with nice amenities like wine hour, smores, and yoga; however the yoga turned out to be a pilates class held in an event room that hadn't been cleaned or reset from the corporate gathering the night before. Ignoring crumbs on the floor mid stretch was a true exercise in mindfulness. ;)

This hotel was overbooked our first night so they sent us to the Embassy Suites. While it was inconvenient and a bit hurried that Sat morning as we had a tour picking us up at 9:30am. All in all, they paid for our room that night and were very apologetic! I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would definitly stay there again!

Overall our stay was good for the price. I stayed here because I am a loyal BonVoy member. Rooms: It seems like the room is only partially updated and some repairs were poorly done. Bathroom: Again, partially updated. The sliding door was very heavy so be careful as I nearly tore off my nails. The sink and mirror seem updated but the floor and baseboards were old and appeared dirty. In the shower, the faucet knob kept falling off .. it was quite heavy so we had to be cautious in the shower. Restaurant: breakfast selection was good. But dinner and evening snacks limited. After a day of drinking wine, we found ourselves walking to the nearest fast food place. Happy hour M-F (4-6pm) - great deals and snacks that would have also liked available from 9-11pm for example. Wine hour 5-6pm: complimentary in the lobby which was very nice. S’mores from 6-7pm: we didn’t do this but great if you have kids or a sweet tooth. Pool: We enjoyed the pool and never had an issue getting a spot. There were lots of areas with shade. Drinks and pool side snacks are also available. The courtyards were fun.. cool activities to keep you busy with fire tables. Staff: we had mixed experience on this. We had good experience for the most part but restaurant staff and servers were not friendly on a few occasions. Overall it was a good visit. While the hotel was full, it didn’t feel crowded. Compared to other BonVoys I would give it a 3.5/5 stars

The pool area was great and other relaxing areas were great! Outside area by the fire pits was always dirty. They charge you daily to park your car and for amenities.
