Great proximity to shopping, eating, and grocery store this home offers all the convenience needed for a relaxing summer stay. Includes two car parking, large patio, inside washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fireplace. Sand and Ocean view from patio!!

**There is currently construction on the property across the street from this building which is a potential for noise Monday through Friday.**

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car garage parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking in a shared garage.

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

The best location!
This property seemed ungraded from last year when we stayed in it and LOVED it. This year it continues to live up to the expectations. Amazing host and great communication!! Perfect location and super clean!

Great location and a nice unit with a great potential (upon some needed touches)
Overall, my family and I had a great time in Newport beach. The location of the unit is outstanding. Just one house away from the sand. The communication with the managing company and check-in was super smooth too. The unit has a nice layout, decent bedrooms sizes for a vacation place, two nice bathrooms, a suitable-sized kitchen, and a great gas fireplace. This place has enormous potential after some needed improvements. The rate we had to pay during the Christmas weekend unavoidably comes with high expectations too. No 1 issue was the cleanliness: The cleaning company had done a quick 'in and out' job. The windows and the window blinds had lots of dust, the floor in corners and under the table had sand and hair (evident marks on where the broom had stopped), and the fans' blades on the ceiling (living room/bedroom) had thick layers of dust. The tables were not super clean either. The coffee maker seemed not to have been cleaned for months(?) - but it's shiny now :-) - a tip: that's a very affordable coffee maker in anyways, hence, they may want to consider changing it every couple of months if not willing to properly clean it. The fridge, plates, and utensils were nicely clean, as well as both bathrooms. The grill was also very clean. I am expecting the management company to reimburse me the cleaning fee, but most importantly they may want to have a chat with the cleaning crew since they are not doing them a good service. When charging such a cleaning fee, you expect an outstanding job, and unfortunately, this was not the case. Updating some of the furniture (the living room coffee table is about to lose one leg, one table chair had a broken piece, and all mattresses feel uncomfortable and of low quality) would elevate the value of this unit further. I suggest they 'sacrifice' (invest) a couple of weeks' profits and convert it into a truly outstanding unit; the potential is definitely there! I wish we will be able to visit this unit again next year and be able to enjoy an updated version of it by then! Keep up the great job! Once again, the communication and arrangements with the management company were great. The location is magnificent, and the potential of this unit is enormous! Just two things: improve the quality of the cleaning service (since already paying a premium fee for it) and a suggestion to invest a tiny part of the profits for some low-cost maintenance/updates. Enjoy!

Great house close to the beach!!
The house is clean, with all amenities and very close to the beach. The only negative was the washer and dryer, since you have to pay to use it (with coins) like the ones in a laundromat. I couldn't believe it. I have rented vacation houses everywhere in the US and in other countries and I had never seen that.

Just around the corner from the beach and a nice walk from the pier this home is in a great spot. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean and renovations were done with quality and care. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location
My fam (2 adults and 3 kids ranging from 4 to 14) had a great time here. The location to the beach is fantastic... just a few steps away from the sand and bike path, and there are a few peekaboo views of the ocean. Grocery store is a very short walk away. Kitchen is tight, not very much room for food, but we were able to rearrange and make it work. We suggested they add a 9x13 pan or some sort of baking dish as we needed one for dinner one night. Property managers communicated well and offered to bring us a pan, (although it was the next day and too late for our dinner, the offer was nice). Minor noise from unit above. Beds were not great, decor and furniture is so-so. But it’s a beach house and you’re there for the beach. We loved hanging out on the front porch. Overall, we had a great time!

Great location and great space
We spent 10 days in the house with our two children (5 and 9). The space was clean, spacious, and everything worked without problems. The fact that we were almost on the sand, was incredible and didn't need to cross a street to get to the beach, the 9-year old could just run out and play. Also, it was particularly windy in the afternoons and the front patio of the place was positioned in such a way that we were shielded from the wind. This was great to eat outside and feel like it was true Summer, even though it was March. We would definitely stay there again if given the chance.
