It was already but i had a bad experience with the neighbor .he was yelling ,slamming the door ,hitting the wall, and also from the down the hallway i will hear yelling and slamming their doors. I couldn't sleep well and made a complain but i wasnt happy at all

This is one of the worst properties in the world. No heat. Bath room tubs don’t drain , you will be in a pond. Dirty shower curtain . Always touching your body. Hairs on the bed. Pillows stink as they were not changed. Outside the window was rooftop garbage. Ac pipe vegetation growth. Doors have 2 inch space. The rooms snicks of food cooking . The hallway and property sinks of marijuana. I was buzzed with headaches before reaching my room. Totally disgusting . I ran off the next day. Honestly speaking you rather sleep on streets than this place. Don’t know how this lame property exist. The picture of hotel are all lies you see on Expedia. Shame on Expedia for having these properties listed. No expedia help on the first night. When I called . And twice the Expedia staff Huns up the phone. Don’t go . Never go. Sleep on street bench but not here .

No cleaning, no towels, hallways smell like cigarette smoke, very noisy because of train track in front of hotel (also during the night), dogs are allowed in hotel and my neighbours dog kept barking all night, not a lot of choice in breakfast and bird nests at the parking lot (inside area) , car full of bird poop. Something they know but don't do anything about. Filters in room very dirty..

It's affordable, close to Amtrak and Jack London Square. The room was a bit shabby but okay. However, the walls are thin, and one night the couple next door left the TV playing all night and periodically argued in loud voices, which made it almost impossible to sleep, and it didn't feel safe to complain and potentially get in the middle of their domestic battle. The hallway also reeked of marijuana smoke, but fortunately not cigarettes. The area has some nice pubs and restaurants, and it's a short BART ride to Berkeley or San Francisco, or you can catch a ferry. The Inn is probably half the cost of the nearby Hyatt, or less, but you get what you pay for.

It was better than sleeping on the street!
Hotel desk staff were great. Had a very Hostel feel. Room was basic and mostly clean where most people could see. The shower and bathroom in general were very aged. Looked like some grout ussues, not many towels, old toilet. Not good if you have movement limitations or disabilities. Beds were a little firm but dud the job! Top of tv stand had grafitti and garbage. (Not visible to average height people) room had DirectTV with good channel options! The breakfast was basic. One lady working the food bar told me it was closed at 8:45. It was open to 9. She would not refill anything or put out any food. There was another guy who overheard .the conversation and brought out some bread and a danish. He also got yogurts for the kids that were there from the back somewhere. So do not rely on that service! It got the job done for the price. Not a place to go for the amme ities or the view! But oarking was safe and included.

Embarrassing TBH
We were genuinely surprised at the low quality of this booking. It was considerably different from what was shown in the pictures. We asked for an early check in due to our flight schedule and staff was curt and unaccommodating. They did however allow us to leave our luggage after we asked in desperation. Our non smoking room smelled of smoke, the mattresses were thin and inhospitable, and breakfast ended before I could get out of bed at 9am. The proximity to Jack London Square was nice however. A couple staff members were kind.

I wouldn't ever again!
Went to their continental breakfast to be told no food could leave the cafeteria, then was watched eat by the attendant. It was so weird and rude and theady was absolutely terrible to us. Then asked for a late check out for zero help and rushed out and hassled by the cleaning lady the next day banging on my door for 5 minutes after I told them we were leaving. The worst!!
