Front desk staff was inconsistently available. Location was noisy from other guests, street activity, and the adjacent buildings. Dining area is TINY and has limited food, especially if you have dietary restrictions. Great location for walking and public transit, and if you are not sensitive to smells or noise.

did not have access to my room during my 4 day stay at the hotel, there was a problem the the room keys and if you left your room you had to wait for an available staff member to escort you to your room to pen your door. the staff did not want to reduce reduce the rate on the room but after several complaints to the manager they reluctantly gave me a $28 reduction in rate which I felt was not enough for this inconvience

They had to let you in your room every time you left the hotel, could not fix the key issue. Major hotel, that's unacceptable.

The entire hotel had issues with their keycard system (without it being fixed for over 4 days), and the staff had to escort us all the way to our room - which made us wait long periods of time when we wanted to get back into our room after leaving. The room had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. We couldn’t comfortably sleep, so we checked out the same night. The hotel staff did not try to help us in any capacity, stating that all other rooms had been booked and that we had no choice but to deal with the broken air conditioning. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody in the future.

First things first, for the key card not working, no excuse. You all hotel industry should be prepared for alternate plans when computers break down. Are you going to refund my money since the key card is not working? Why is it that we the cudtonershave to suffer when we paid full price for it. What is in it for us?

There was not any keys given to guests. The front desk staff had to let you in your room each and every time you needed access to your room. The rooms felt damp and didn’t have a pleasant smell. We also didn’t have any warm water.

Don't stay here. Unless you want to be walked up to your room each time you want to go in because their key card system isnt working. Don't stay here. Unless you want to smell indian curry food in the hallways all the time (they have an indian restaurant attached). Dont stay here unless you dont want soap in your room. Dont stay here. Especially if you have infant because they DONT HAVE CRIBS. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Breakfast is a sad display of old muffins and bread. They allow anyone in and never checked for id to go into room. With all of these inconceniences the manager was not willing to give any discount. Poor management and guest services.
