Amazing duplex sitting on the ocean! This four-story rental has two full kitchens and a wet bar with granite counters, travertine floors, a beachfront patio, barbecue, and patio furniture, a rooftop deck with more patio furniture and a barbecue, and a balcony. There is a 4-car garage and 4 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. With 11 bathrooms, everyone can have their own and there will be no fighting for space! Come escape to luxury on the beach!

Perfect house for 9 guys, everyone had their own bed and bathroom. Plenty of living space for meals and hanging out. Fantastic view of the ocean and listening to the waves break along the rocks.

Nice House with Issues

Awesome house with plenty of space for socializing and for privacy. Very convenient to have a bathroom for every room. Super ocean views. Disappointed that there was no beach at the house. Recommend bringing hair dryers (only 1 for 11 bathrooms), shampoo and soap (furnished stuff stunk terribly), ground coffee (not 1 grain furnished), beach equipment if you plan to go to a beach as nothing is furnished. Host never responded to any of my messages via VRBO and I finally had to contact VRBO to get checkin access info. Check-in was complicated by their separate guest portal and registration process (designed to encourage guests to book directly with them instead of through VRBO). Only 4 parking spaces for 11 bedrooms was stressful, because the host would not provide info on where my guests could park until check-in day. Recommend ceiling fans on the 4th floor, and another night stand in the master bedroom. The host needs to fix the plumbing issues. 3rd & 4th floors had temporary water stops. 3 toilets on the 1st and 3rd floor didn't work (ran continuously or clogged). Overall I enjoyed the week but not sure that it lived up to its price-tag.

This place needs much better maintenance before they rent. One of the smoke detectors went off in the middle of night waking up everyone. I had to go up and down the four floor stairs to make sure there were no problems. Next morning the repairman came and replaced a bad/expired battery. Another smoke alarm was beeping loudly every 30 second in another day and it was the same battery issue. One floor also had an air conditioner not working and some of my family members had to open the windows to get cool air during nights. The front door and the beach access back door were not working creating security issues and concerns. Too many things not working! I had to contact the management company almost every day. Overall, we were disappointed with the conditions of this place after paying the premium rent. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Perfect gathering house with a view

Everything was perfect. We had many friends and family come into town for my husbands military retirement that weekend and needed a place for everyone. The best part was that every room had its own bathroom. Each room was cozy with a individual heater and fan for everyone’s individual comforts. I loved that there was two large tables for everyone to have meals together, and the views!!! It was absolutely amazing to wake up to your coffee with a view on a comfy couch, no matter what time of year. If we ever have the need for this kind of space we wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again and would look forward to it.

Best vacation rental I have rented! The property came fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful beach house. The property was very clean. Check in and check out were a breeze. Tons of space for the amount of guest this house sleeps. The hot tubs and grills were a nice touch.

The property was perfect for our group. We had a great time and plenty of room to socialize and get together. We did have to call for assistance several times, but the property management responded quickly. The only downside was the weather and I will be more careful in the future to find out from locals to avoid ‘June Gloom’.
