Amazing vacation home sitting on the ocean! This is the UPPER LEVEL duplex. This three-story rental has one full kitchen and one wet bar with granite counters, laminate floors, decks off of the living room and master bedroom with a private balcony/ The living room, kitchen, and dining all look out the ocean. The master bedroom has its' very own private deck overlooking the ocean. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! This property has central AC. Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

Awesome vacation home

Breathtaking Views and Spacious Accommodations

Gorgeous views from all three levels on the ocean view side, with open sliding glass doors for fresh sea breezes. The property is very spacious with plenty of rooms, sleeping accommodations and two well stocked kitchens. Easy beach access with a short walk to sandy beaches. There is wear and tear on windows, dressers, dishwasher and refrigeration. Air conditioning was subpar during our stay with some rooms remaining toasty during sleeping hours even with fans provided to give relief.

Amazing stay

We stayed at this rental in July for my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was beautiful and spacious enough for all of us. We loved the amazing views, two kitchens, and accessibility to beach. One very minor problem was the TV on the first floor was not putting out any sound. Again, not a big deal because there was another TV on them second floor but for the amount of money paid you definitely expect everything to function correctly. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Planning to come back soon.

Very nice property but....

It's a very nice property indeed. The views are unbelievable and the space is large. There were some little hick-ups which were totally excusable. For example: We couldn't gain access to the property when we arrived because the codes to the garage and back entrance didn't work. Place didn't have any sugar so we had to make a market run. (No olive oil either and only one set of pepper & salt shakers throughout the 3 story dwelling.) Like I said, these are issues I can easily live with. But, we did have a problem that I would classify as very important to me and my guests. All 3 couples (including self) sleeping on the 3 King-sized beds complained of the mattresses. My mattress in particular was totally concave and I didn't get any good sleep while on this trip (which is a total shame given how nice everything else was). The thing is that a quality mattress is replaced once every 10 years. In my opinion, given the price & luxury point, we should have had decent mattresses. If I learn that the mattress issue has been resolved, I will definitely return to the property for a future trip, otherwise, we'll take a chance with another nice listing. Thank you

Great Ocean front getaway

Great location House is perfect for large gatherings. All in all a great time!!! The one criticism I have is the check in time of 4 pm too late and check out time time of 10 am too early. We paid for 3 nights. U practically loose a whole day with these check in and check out times.

Excellent Location!

A bit spendy, even for Oceanside, California, but the location is outstanding. Unless you drive a small car, don't plan on parking in the Garage (this is true of most beach rentals, btw), but we never had trouble finding a place to park on the Street or at the vacant lot on the corner. (As people who grew up in the area, we Do Not recommend parking at the management office and walking to the rental at night . . . not all of Oceanside is picturesque nor safe. Just FYI.) It would be nice to have a couple blankets or throws for when the evenings get a bit colder and you feel like hanging out on one oft the sofas and watching the ocean; the WiFi isn't robust, and there's no cable TV, but then we weren't there to spend a lot of time watching television. The pier is a short walk, the view is outstanding, and we find the rental to be quiet, clean, and comfortable. The cancellation policy is Super Strict, and the management company makes no exceptions, even in these times of Corona Virus and California shutdowns, so BEWARE before you book.

Pros: beautiful view, amenities, large group occupancy, regular trash pickup, pet friendly, glass bannister, beach towels there, washer & dryer, secure parking, decor, flexible seating accommodations, beach access Cons: dirty floors, broken screens, clogged bathroom drains, smoke detectors & CO2 alarms not working (illegal), poor wi-fi & internet access, neighbors smoked pot & noisy after 10, garage door doesn't close, inconsistent floor mats & bathroom supplies, some slippery showers, not all air vents work

Excellent for large family gatherings!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! With four families and grandma it worked well for space, cooking, relaxing. Only the parking was a bit Inconvenient with 4 cars and only 2 spots to park in garage. Plumbing in some bathrooms loud. Gorgeous views of the ocean, loved the sliding doors. Furnishings were fabulous, well coordinated, no obvious wear and tear.

Great vaca stay!

Wonderful, large home for a family vacation spot... lots of space to spread out, quiet and comfortable for sure. We'd rent again!!Super nice having 3 levels and 2 kitchen areas. Only complaint would be the master suite carpet had dirty stains and should be cleaned or replaced. Thank you.

The Best View!

The home was very clean and the view from the great room was incredible! The only bummer was the twin beds listed were really more of window seats and caused some issues for my employees as we stayed for a business trip and needed all the beds we could get. Otherwise, the house was absolutely perfect!

Beach Views for Days & Nights

This house is magical. Perfect location. We enjoyed the space, the 2 family rooms and beach front. From having the door open and watching/listening to the ocean every morning with breakfast and coffee to enjoying dinners and wine at night. We never ate out as the house was so perfect. We even had a private chef come over and cook a 5 star meal turning the 5 star home into a 5 star restaurant. We would walk to beach/pier during the day and love that the house is so close to everything while being away from the road and so private. We would absolutely stay here again. We took a couple families and it was felt like a once in a lifetime experience for everyone from the big kids to young kids. I want to go back already. Thanks for making the experience so perfect.
