Come escape to luxury in this oceanfront, 5-bedroom vacation rental. This condo is part of a six-unit complex on the beach. There is an elevator available in this unit for those who have difficulty climbing up stairs. The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the rental boast beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave!

Overall good time

We had a nice family weekend getaway to round out summer. The place was in a great location. You can hear the crashing of the waves all day and night and see beautiful sunsets. The only con was that it could use some updating. One of the couches is broken and all of the furniture looks worn and dingy. For the amount we paid, I would expect then to keep the place up a little better. Other than that, we had a nice time.

Beautiful view but…

The first night we were there my 14-year-old nephew found a bottle of Narcan next to the hot tub (the lock on they gate to the complex was broken). The second night when our family returned from dinner the front door was wide open. The third night we returned from dinner to find my husband’s new laptop and backpack (with Bose air pods) and my BIL’s new work phone gone. The WiFi worked one of the 5 days we were there and the floors were FILTHY when we arrived. Everything else in the online listing stated was true.

Amazing getaway

The view from the living room was amazing. My family and I enjoyed just listening to the waves and looking out from the balcony. Management was nice enough to get in touch to see if everything was in working condition, if not they made sure to address the issue as quickly as they can. The only unfortunate thing was that construction was being done to the building next to us and so it made it difficult to drive out of the parking garage due to being blocked off by the workers. It took about 10 minutes or longer (each way) of waiting in the car to get out and get back in the parking area. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.

Wished the management company would have cared about the fact that we had a clogged sink that stunk

The location was great house was some what clean but we had a clogged sink from first day we got there we notified the property management that same day and the sink was never fixed I got a text late Saturday that it was scheduled to be fixed Sunday at 11 am, what good was that going to do my family when we were going to check out at 10 am!!!!! I called after that text and spoke to a representative and told her Sunday was not acceptable for the sink to get fixed needed fix now she said she was going to check on it and call me right back and she never did I!!!! Very bad experience this ruined my family vacation!!!!

Great choice for a beachfront getaway.

This place was exactly what we were looking for for our staycation. The house was very spacious and comfortable. With the boardwalk being right behind it, and shops being within walking distance, there was always something to do. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Oceanside, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.
