Towels were visibly stained, tissue in dispenser seem to have been siting under decorative plastic cover too long because they were all soaked probably due to humidity, bed was very hard, window was not able to open, and I had a bag of trash by the door/microwave that brought in so many ants. One late night I tried to get into the lobby for a beer, there was the overnight staff waiting for her coworker to open the door. I tried calling with the side phone and they did not answer so eventually I just left (though the clerk left in the cold tried to call me when she got in). Any time I tried to call the front desk no one would answer. I’m usually very easy going about stuff and definitely stayed at rougher hotels but this was disappointing for the price.

The pillows looked dingy, the shower temp wasn’t hot more like warm, the windows were dirty couldn’t even see the ocean, bad internet connection, had to pay for parking which is weird since it’s on tiger property, not worth the price.

I had the best check in! But the room had flooring lifting all over the place, no hot water in the shower but the sink had hot water. Because the staff were so fantastic, I’d give the location another shot even with the no shower.

Okay rooms for fees/payment issues
The area is beyond beautiful and the room is okay… but they get you with $15 per day parking and seem to have issues using a credit card machine. Kept having issues with added fees and ridiculous amounts of money being charged to my card on file. Tried to dispute the charges but they’ll keep telling you that “management” has to assist but “management” is never available. Save yourself the headache and stay next door at the Fairfield.

The location is great, but the room was falling apart. The pictures made it look newer but we walked into a room with a toilet wobbling, dirty floor and outlets that were falling out. It’s doable for one night but anything longer I’d look for a different place.

The hotel was dirty. Literally everything was dirty, the bedding, the floors, everything. Dust everywhere. Bedding was stained. The shower was filthy. Would never think of staying here again.
