Disappointed this time but will try again
I have stayed at this place several times over the years and in general have enjoyed my stays but this time I encountered several problems which left me disappointed. Among them was a problem with the key card to enter my room and the card reader itself, problem in getting the TV to work properly, a lack of hot water. Had to take a cold shower. I'm not giving up on the place. I'll still stay there again as I like the location and can't beat the price.

We visit Palm Springs at least once a year for 30 years now, and have stayed at 7 Springs more than any other place - convenient, clean, kitchenette is irreplaceable, and excellent price means we can shop for the best in PS.

7 Springs Inn is a nice affordable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do have some small dated features and spots that could use more tlc, but overall a good stay.

The apartment was extremely well equipped so we were able to cook meals and save lots of money. The pools were small but lovely and perfect for the number of guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of centre.

Fourth time here! The location is excellent. Very close to downtown Palm Springs, but far enough away to be quiet and secluded! Perfect!

The place is dirty couches are ripped. The place looks like they don’t make any income or maybe they don’t care about the facility. They also don’t have change for the vending machines. The worst thing was the AC unit doesn’t work my husband and I couldn’t sleep cause it’s too hot. The owners need some business and management help or classes. They shouldn’t even be in business

Not a good stay unfortunately
I spent only one night during a pleasure/business trip. I arrived around 9:30pm. I found a sign indicating that the clerk was on the property, coming back shortly. I waited more than 20 minutes in the lobby, because no number was provided to contact the staff. When the clerk arrived, she did not apologize or thank me for the waiting, she barely acknowledged that I had to check in. No many words were exchanged. I was given a car tag to park on property and my keys, and, upon request, directions to the vending machines. The property is renovated and the room was nice and clean enough, although it was on the main street side, so the traffic noise was a bit annoying. I realized that I wasn't given the wi-fi password, and I did not find it in the room. Since I was too exhausted to deal with the desk, I tried watching some tv. The tv apparently wasn't connected to any video streaming service or channels. I resorted to just go to sleep. The pillows and mattress were not comfortable at all, so I slept very poorly. I left at 7:50am the next morning, only to find the lobby closed. Apparently they open at 8:00am (!!!). By accident, I found an employee coming in through a side door, I gave the keys to him and left by the same door. Not really going back there, sorry.

We were so happy 7 Springs was able to accommodate us as we had just left a horrific experience at the Downtown Motel 6. We loved that the Hot Tub was open until midnight and the facility was so clean and quiet. We will now always stay here.

Upon arrival, it seem like it was going to be a good experience. When I went to express my concerns about the cleanliness of the room, the guy, manny or Manuelo, had laughed at me and told me I can’t look at the room and keep changing it every time I don’t something. Then, I asked if he was willing to assist me or not and gave me two options, give me clean sheets or get another room. Of course, I chose the new room but he was very hesitant and kept laughing at me and was very unprofessional. Every time I tried to say what was wrong, he continued to disregard it and laugh at me like customer concerns are not a priority. After reviewing all the other reviews, I’ve noticed other people have experienced unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the manny or Manuelo guy. We decided to shorten our stay because of his attitude and behavior. Additionally, we noticed the rooms had chipping on the walls, looks like a slab of wallpaper was stapled to cover up something on the wall, and bed sheets were not properly cleaned. The only front desk employee who was kind was Daniel who helped me when I inquired about the cancellation policy.

Marilyn would never stay here
Older property in poor condition. In room, carpet was stained and wrinkled, paint peeling, sink chipped and stained. TV only had a few channels, no cable or satellite. Property has a pool but some of the chairs are broken, lounge chairs are sagging. Signs of deferred maintenance everywhere. It was the 2nd cheapest hotel in the area, so you get what you pay for. The print of Marilyn Monroe on the wall was the only bright spot.
