The young lady that checked us in acted like we were bothering her. We were charged for parking even though it was not disclosed on the website. The heat was not working , so my daughter and I had to sleep in one bed with the blankets from both. it took a ridiculously long time to get hot water to wash our hands. the property was littered with cigarette butts and broken glass. I don't recommend.

A typical example of a run down motel, probably hasn't seen any updates in at least 40 years. Jet engine noise-level air conditioner. Toilet had trouble flushing paper. Room smelled awful. Lots of dark hairs around the bathtub and on the floor (I'm blonde so you know they're not cleaning). Staff pushing noisy laundry carts around in the night.

The room was perfect. But the outside of the building could use general maintenance, painting & sidewalk improvement. Plus they need general security patrols at night. They now charge for parking but they provide no general patrols of the parking lot.

The room itself was filthy, the shower head was broken, the entrance door was broken and the staff didn’t seem to want to assist in any way whenever asked for something, they claimed they were too busy.

the HVAC and the staff's understanding of it . We had to change rooms because the AC would not shut off ( it was in the 50's - we needed heat) - front desk had no idea what to do ( luckily, there was another room. " Well, it was summer recently, so the AC is on". Also, provide real soap, and how about some shampoo little bottles?
