I got to the hotel really late maybe 3:30 am and was really tired. As soon I pulled in we hit a big pothole right at the entrance. I did not see it but however I felt it. I was so tired, didnt even think to check my car. The next morning I noticed tire rim scratched so bad and even the tire. There’s a piece missing. Luckily it didn’t get flat since it’s on the side but it’s so ugly and I’m going to have to replace it. I think that big pothole should be taken care of

breakfast was okay, nothing special. The staff was not friendly. The room was absolutely disgusting. Stains in the sink, bathroom, floors and something that looked like blood on the curtain. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Will never come back. I rarely leave reviews but this was really bad.

Okay, we booked two rooms through Expedia. One for my Son, and one for my wife and me. We were there for a celebration of Life. Upon entering the Lobby and looking around, we could see that this place needed some love and repair. There were unpainted patches on the walls and the ceiling that had been there for some time. I know this because I used to be a house painter. Walking into my Son's room, we were overwhelmed by a strong odor of cleaning chemicals, so we decided to open the sliding glass door leading out to a patio of sorts and noticed that the screen door was broken, barely hanging on. Then we continued to our room and noticed more patches on the walls, doors, and ceilings. As we entered the room, we were pleased to find it smelled okay. But more patches. The bathroom sink was scratched and stained, and there was long black hair on the floor that was clearly not ours. I decided to check the beds for "bed bugs" because so far, I wasn't impressed. We looked out of the window to see, yes, they had a swimming pool, but the jacuzzi was almost empty, except for the greenish-brown water at the bottom. We tried to change our son's room to another but were told that they were booked up. We tried to get our money back, but since we booked it through Expedia, they couldn't help us. So we decided that he was going to have to bunk down with us for the night and eat the cost. The breakfast was average, nothing to boast about. I would never stay there again.

The rooms were outdated and dirty. I found a needle on the carpet. The shower dripped and overall the place was run down and there were piles of trash outside near the exit door. The bread at breakfast was stale and there was not much space. The sides of our mattress had stains and there was no smoke alarm in our room. The only good thing was that the staff person who checked us in was nice and it was quiet on the 3rd floor.

This hotel was just OK for a one night stay but will not be somewhere we would stay again. The property has seen better days and has not been renovated or updated in a very long time. The bathroom vanity and sink looked as if they were thrift store discards and there were only the minimal amount of paper thin towels. The decor in the room was depressing. There was a directional reading light on one side of the bed attached to bedside lamp with exposed wires also. There is a fair amount of transient foot traffic around the building which didn't make it feel very safe.

It was comfortable and clean. The desk staff was great. THe room needed serious maintenance--caulking around tub, loose door knob, lots of little things. BUT the desk staff was great, the room was clean. Bottom line, the things that needed fixing were not things that affected our comfort or safety.
