The facilities were fine. Good room. Booked a while ago. Would’ve preferred a room away from outside stairway. Not happy when an unknown person using his key for room 316 tapped it on my room 104 and it allowed him entry into my room on Sunday morning. Luckily, I was still inside waiting for my ride. I quickly notified the front desk of this odd occurrence and pointed out the man who was in the dining area getting breakfast. Not feeling comfortable there, I gathered my bags and went to have breakfast at IHOP.

I had to change rooms due to the bathroom wall was filled with water. They were very nice about it. The 2nd room was much better. The staff were all good.

Room needed to be mopped. Update decor/furnishings. Limited breakfast offerings and only 7-9 am. No all day coffee. Immediate area is sketchy but there are plenty of cameraa and lights. I felt safe.

The area was okay. There was a lot of noise at night, probably because the hotel is located around some night time attractions. The bed was clean, but the room floor was not clean and the bathroom was not clean either.

The sheets were stained & felt like sandpaper. Moulding had holes & gaps plenty big enough for rodents. Trash in the hallways & entryway to the elevator. Unhoused people around the property and possibly living in the hotel on&off? Free continental breakfast was out of everything good by 8:30am, INCLUDING COFFEE

The neighborhood isnt ideal but the property is well lit and they have cameras everywhere. They offer free breakfast in the morning from 7am-9am. Nothing fancy... circle "eggs", sausage, sliced bread, bagels, corn flakes, instant oatmeal. For the room itself... furnishings were pretty modern, walls needed a bit of cleaning, mini fridge was a pretty decent size, microwave worked well, bed was a little too soft for me (personally, i like a firm mattress) biggest gripe for me were the window shades. Once you pulled them open everyone outside can see clearly into your room! Unless you dont mind being on display, dont count on getting any natural sunlight in your room.

Almost the worst hotel I stayed. Not a good location even though parking lot is well lit and multiple security cameras in placed. See transients loitering. Room is repainted and bright with LED lights. A bit of mold in the ceiling. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast available only 7-9am(earliest I’ve seen and missed it). For the price and convenience location is ok for a night. I won’t come back
