Worst stay ever
The TV in the room didn’t really work guest service offered to send someone late at night then in the morning the shampoo and conditioner hardly had any in the bottle. The heater smelled like there’s a fire as when my husband pulled the filters they where filthy on top of us trunk to make coffee the machine didn’t work

Very friendly staff and nice property. Only slight complaint with hotel itself is that the body wash in the shower was missing and the shampoo was basically empty. Housekeeping should be updating that in between each stay.

I didn't know that they charge your card the day before you get there. Also someone tried to charge my card for 4,181 dollars. The manger heard my complaint and she fixed it. Also we had a spider in the room above headboard I got ride of it. But overall it was a beautiful stay.

Great hotel bad bed
We loved the staff as they were amazing and friendly. The food at the comp breakfast was good with a great variety. Only downfall was the breakfast on Thanksgiving morning. It was obviously made the day before as the eggs were cold, the potatoes and the bacon were overcooked. The property and the rooms were nice, but our main issue was the bed. The mattress obviously needs to be changed because it created a crater effect. No matter what you did you were sucked in to the middle of the bed and it was so uncomfortable that both my partner and I from the very first night start experiencing back pains. When you are stuck in an uncomfortable position in a bed that won’t let you move anywhere, other than the valley in the middle of the mattress it becomes frustrating.
