The property had listed itself as being “pet friendly.” Once we arrived there, they said pet friendly only meant “dog friendly” and that our cat was not welcomed. I mentioned that they hadn’t made that specific distinction or else I would have filtered it out. Overall, it felt odd that they felt so strongly against having cats. Then, they told us they will make an except. They said they will charge a fee plus do a thorough walkthrough of the room to charge for any damages the car would cause. We did not feel welcomed and therefore did not extend our stay even though we had been evacuated due to the fires.

Staff was great and very helpful. Upon entering my room, it smelled badly like someone had physically already been renting there and as soon as they walked out, I walked in. The bathroom sink was clogged for the firs night and a half. Didnt bother calling maintenance as I had surgery the next morning and didnt feel like dealing with the stress. The stagnant water did eventually dissipate. One of the mattresses seemed like it had a huge hole in it causeing my partner and I to sink in so we chose to sleep in the other queen sized bed. Which was very comfortable and clean. I didn't see any roaches in my room, however, I did see a large dead one in the hallway. $18 for a breakfast buffet was a hard pass for my partner. My overall experience was just ok as it provided the comfort for after surgery before returning home but you couldn't tell it was Hilton anything.

This absolutely not a 4 starts hotel. Room and service below expectation. House keeping staff speak very loudly early morning, I do understand that they are doing their job, but they also need to understand that there is a hotel guest wants to relax. Bed mattress is trouble is probably very old you sink into it. Towels poor quality and very harsh on the skin.
