Good stay
The walls are pretty thin so i could hear everything but no one was obnoxious or anything. Parking is $24 a night and that’s better than $40 compared to other hotels. Room was clean and front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Outdate ripoff with hidden charges!
This place used to be cool. Now they charge you for parking and every other little knickknack, they can think of. No complimentary anything and unfriendly unapologetic employees who just smirk at you when you mention all the crappy changes they have made. There are way nicer hotels for the same price without all the extra charges. SKIP THIS OUTDATED RIPOFF.

Good hotel for a quick family vacation! The room was clean and pillows were comfy. We got a crib for the room, it was a pack and play style. It didnt come with a matteres just the small foam board, but we made it work by folding two thin blankets and wrapped it in a crib sheet. It was good enough for our toddler. The location was perfect! Close to the mall that had lots of food options. Overall good hotel!

The vending machine is out of water so I called the front desk to order some and Latrice said that’s not something they do. You have to be able to provide water, I come to San Diego frequently to visit my daughter and this is the first at this hotel and never again will I come back. She also stated that I can walk to another building and I replied I wasn’t comfortable leaving my room to go outside at 3:30a. It started with the front desk not being as friendly as I would expect when checking someone in for the first time to not willing to provide something basic like water for a guest.

Pool was nice. Beds comfy. Very noisy room, showerheads terrible, no hot water and they could definitely throw in free parking. Didnt like that surprise. Otherwise hotel was good.

Took a trip to San Diego to see my brother before he deploys to Japan. My stay was lovely I don’t have any complaints. It was Halloween time so the staff had a pumpkin decorating contest that guests got to vote on which was cool. The restaurant staff for breakfast was awesome.

Very happy Canadian travellers
This is a great hotel our first time but definitely return in the future. The pool is large and heated with a bar attached so you get the party vibe. It is an older hotel with very nice updates. Everything was spotless the bed and linings we super comfortable We ate 2 times once at both restaurants. Both meals were delicious Close to old town which we Urber yo got a cost of around $14
