Property under MAJOR Re-construction/Remodeling Inside and Out. WITHOUT WARNING OR DISCOUNTED PRICES/COSTS/FEES and WAENING THAT MOST ADVERTISED AMENITIES NOT AVAILABLE, THIS WAS NOT INDICATED IN EXPEDIA REVIEW AND YET RATED 4 STAR EXCELLENT. Guests forced to navigate Property without Safety Protection in place around construction Activity to find how to park NO BELL CAPTAINS Guests forced to unload Baggage find a Cart and deliver to Room, Guest forced to PAY FOR SELF-PARKING but told on Espedia ALL COST, FEES AND COSTS INCLUDED IN PRICE QUITED; fSelf-Parking was far from Entrance competing with Construction Vehicles and Activity with NO SAFETY SIGNAGE IN PLACE; INSIDE SERVICES Not ready for Prime Time: Disabled Guest not allowed to Check-In Earlier than 4pm; my Favorite Drink is Caipirinha, Baar did not stock Cachaca Liquor and Bartender did not know how to make it. Drinks served in plastic cups; No Pool Bar and Food Service; No Sales Staff in small Snack/Gift Store with VERY LIMITED SELECTIONS; Ice Machine dirty and hidden at end of hall; there was no Entertainment in Bar/:ounge or LobbyAreas. No Posted Calendar Events. No ShoppingMerchandise for tourism, no Local Shopping and Restaurant Guide in Room, Bar TV Volume did not work, Food very Poor/Wings drenched in Sauce made a mess; FRONT DESK CLERK REFUSED TO PROVIDE HARDCOPY RECEIPT UPON CHECK-OUT. TOLD ME TO CALL EXPEDIA TO GET RECEIPT. CASHLESS FORCED TO USE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
