The property proximity to the conference center. Checked in on Monday and checked out on Friday. My room was not cleaned towels not changed. I was locked out the night before my check out. It's not likely I will repeat patronage.

Hotel clerks were rude and impatient. We had no wifi at all throughout the four nights; the tv didn’t work either. They refused to give us clean towels/sheets. A horrible stay. They said we could change rooms but refused to do so. The manager was MIA the entire time (or so we were told!)

If you are looking for a place to crash for the night, then this is for you. Lots of “questionable” people hanging around. The free breakfast was decent but, the room was small and had no AC so on days with triple-digit heat it was rather uncomfortable. I think some local homeless people discovered the food and were always there because the room did not have key access.

It was very unpleasant, ac didn’t work and they didn’t have any rooms left so they offered to reimburse us but we had to leave room. But it was impossible to get a room elsewhere since it was Labor Day weekend. So we had a miserable night trying to sleep in such humidity. Plus sheets were dirty with cigarette burns, then to top it off elevator didywork and we were in the fourth floor. I’m never going back, which we would’ve received some type of discount. Super upset!

No trash can in bathroom. Had to change from initial room due to cigarrettes or something else smell. Breakfast area was OK. Breakfast could use some regular bread instead of just waffles. Employees at front office and breakfast area were very nice and efficient.

This is a simple motel. Freeway close and a short drive to the local attractions. The beds are a bit on the stiff-- which isn't a bad thing. The free breakfast is waffles, hard boiled eggs, packaged blueberry muffins, juices, cereals, yogurt and pretty good coffee. There is a $5 a night parking fee. If you need a place to sleep & shower this perfect.

Gods experience
The room was large it was a good size for our stay. AC was in good working order, no problems with hot water etc. The people were friendly as well. Breakfast area was clean. Location was close to the family we were visiting.

Our stay was a horrible experience! Our room smelled of dope. We requested 2 extra bath towels as there were only 2 in the room and four adults. The front desk refused our request as there wasn’t anyone available from housekeeping when we checked in. The breakfast was a joke. They don’t even have a toaster and loaf of bread! We requested daily room service for our four day scheduled stay. Our room was NEVER CLEANED during our entire stay. Our experience was so bad that we changed our travel plans so that we checked out a day early. We also cancelled all of our remaining Super 8 bookings (5 days worth) and completely changed to another hotel chain. Also, we had to make all of our itinerary changes from the hotel lobby as the Wifi didn’t work. Overall a TERRIBLE experience!!!!

The front desk staff is very unknowledgeable. The rooms are rundown and the elevators have a bad odor. The one okay amenity was the breakfast area. The lady in there was nice & it was clean. I asked to shorten my stay by 1 night 28 hours in advance & was told has to be approved by a manager. I called multiple times & emailed to no avail. I was charged all 3 nights. Next time I’ll pay more & stay somewhere better. Super 8’s are franchised owned, that’s why they can treat their guests in such a way! Please avoid this hotel!
