I don't know about its eco-friendliness, but I found this BW to be a wonderful place to stay. I've stayed in heaven knows how many motels, hotels, B&Bs, and I'd rank Coyote Point in the top 3%.

My room key failed twice and I had to go down to front desk and wait in line to get replacement keys. Now they charge $9 for parking as if Nov 1, 24 and it doubles in January 25 to $18/night! I like the property and it’s employees but will now consider other competitors

The staff were so welcoming and nice upon checking in, which was very needed for me after traveling since very early that morning! The room was comfortable, some good food options nearby. Only tricky thing is driving - cars tend to park and condense the roads a bit. Just watch when you're turning into or leaving the hotel and you're good to go.
