Not sure why this place has 2 stars but it was a nice and cozy stay. Fun people watching view of Powell St. From the room and two free beers from Bartlettes around the corner. The hotel was right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to dining, shopping, and experiences. The autonomous Waymo cars were a great and fun experience to travel around in when necessary. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best location,heart of Union square,I like to walk everywhere,so I did all the way to piers 😎merely a mile from this hotel,maybe a welcoming water bottle would have been great
