Lack of Comfort Led to an Early Departure
I reached out ahead of time regarding early check-in but didn’t receive a response. I arrived at the hotel at the time I’d mentioned in my request, hoping to check in early if possible. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk, so I waited until I was greeted. I inquired about an early check-in, fully understanding it might not be available, and was informed that my room wasn’t ready. This was fine, and I then asked if there was a secure place to leave my bags. While I was able to leave them behind the counter, the setup didn’t feel particularly secure. When I returned at the standard check-in time, the check-in process was quick and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the room itself; it felt outdated and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and both the bed and pillows weren’t up to standard. Due to these issues, I decided to leave after only a couple of hours and found alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, I understand that the room is non-refundable, but I felt that staying any longer would have been unsatisfactory.

I have traveled all over America but never ad such a bad experience. Nobody was on counter. Have to make few calls before getting to desk attendees. Room was smelling really bad and TV was not working. Window drapes were not closing and the outside light was directly pointed to the bed, so I couldn't sleep all night. I really want my money back. How can I get it? Does anyone knows?

It was clean, cute, and had free breakfast. We considered it an upgrade from the fancy hotel on the wharf we were at. Much more comfortable. Staff was nice when we saw them. Only downside was that the elevator was out of commission.

Kind staff; disappointing room
Very nice staff that work here and wonderful continental breakfast. The room was dirty though, the bed spread had stains, smelled musky, the shower had a huge hole in it which I put a washer in to cover, tv would not work and the plugs kept blowing a fuse. I liked the closeness of the ice machine and restaurant Brazen Head across the street was delicious!

Overall, a good stay for a short visit.
The room and adjoining bathroom were very clean. The bathroom could use some updating and more towel bars. The bedroom area could use a small dresser for clothing storage. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Service when needed was given when needed (needed towels when dirty ones were taken, but not replaced). Questions answered in a mannerly fashion.

A fantastic motel in a great location. It was clean and quiet with great staff. Also included a small but good continental breakfast. We will be sure to stay again when we come back to San Francisco.

The staff is great. Nice clean room. The woman working the front desk was so nice to my kids. I will return next time I am in San Francisco with no question. I feel like this motel is a five star hotel with how nice the staff is. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!!!

They really need to upgrade their Internet system there because it’s so slow that you can’t even use it. It’s absurd and when I was down in the lobby, People complaining about it and even the manager on duty told me that a lot of people were complaining so please upgrade the Internet.

There was boogers on the wall, the bed protector looked liked there was blood stains on it. The drawers were broken no handle, smelled like mildew when I walked in. The entry way to the bathroom was rusted
