Great location. Close to transport links. Super comfortable bed and quiet location despite being only 5 mins walk to Union Square. Loved the fresh filtered water fountains. Would definitely stay here again

Great Small Hotel.

Decent hotel in a great location
This hotel doesn’t present well from outside and in the lobby but the rooms are clean and comfortable (albeit a bit dated - bathrooms looked more recently renovated. Location of hotel is great, good dining options around the hotel. There is a decent hill near the hotel which was fine for me but that applies in a lot of San Francisco locations. Main problem is the plumbing which woke me up twice on night one due to rooms around me taking showers at 3am and 4.15am. Otherwise room was very quiet for the rest of my stay.

Birthday weekend
When I first arrived in the hotel room I was a little underwhelmed. Maybe I just imagined something bigger. Well I told that to Andre the front desk clerk who texted me to see how my stay was going. As soon as I sent the text he right away apologized and offered an upgrade! I was not expecting that. The new room was amazing and had so much space. Everyone was so nice and the rooms were very clean. Very quiet, I didn’t hear anyone is other rooms. I would 100% stay here again!
