It’s an outbuilding so it’s expected to have a little Diaz here or there but Al have a clean bathroom. The bathroom was so nasty. I had to clean myself because I couldn’t shower in the bathroom already that everything was OK.

Location is great. It’s right next to the entrance to China Town. We felt safe the whole time. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a few steps away. The staff were extra nice and helpful. They went the extra mile to accommodate to our necessities every time we asked for anything. And they are all bilingual.

En un hotel decente para una estadía corta. Es muy central y el servicio es amable. Aunque cobran por dejar maletas lo cual nunca había visto. La ducha funciona bien y tiene todo lo básico, pero nada más. A nivel general necesita una renovación en el futuro.

Simple and accommodating hotel in a great location. Easy walks to Chinatown, Union Square, Nob Hill, and a short distance from Embarcadero and Wharf. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

honteux quand je vois des avis exceptionnel, il s'agit de faux avis, literie de mauvaise qualité, propreté de la salle d'eau à revoir, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, très mal insonorisé, on a l'impression que les voisins sont dans votre chambre, frais de 10$ par bagage pour garder après le check out...

Terrible experience
The most nastiest hotel ever. The bathroom was dirty and the sheets had stains. The staffs changed my room but the new room was in same condition. I had to check out within an hour. I did not wanted to sleep in a dirty bed. I had to pay for the first night even when I did not stay the night but I just wanted to get out of there. The elevator shakes and makes noise so that is definitely a safety hazard.
