For the past two times I've stayed here, I have yet to receive my security deposit back. When I call to ask about it, nobody answers the phone! I know both times there was no reason to not refund my deposit, and they just kept it without giving me any reason why I haven't received it back.

The rooms were very dirty especially the bathrooms. First night we were moved to a different room because when I turned down the bed to go to sleep the sheets looked dirty unchanged it was really disgusting.
