The moment we drove into the parking lot I had a bad feeling about the hotel. The room initially appeared only sub-par but turned out it was very unclean. In 1 hour after check-in, we were checking out after noticing bugs on the walls of our room. I took photos and showed them to the front desk staff. To their credit they apologized and offered a full refund.

Sewage stench, cigarette smoke stench and roaches (a baby roach crawled on my bed under my skin when sleeping so I feared the worst (bedbugs) and demanded a room change. Even when they switched my room as requested the same issue resumed on the second day. It smelled of sewage and feces from then on. Roaches also made their appearance then. Throughout my stay at that motel, the stench occurred everyday. It occurred at various times of both day and night. Especially at night when sleeping. So restorative sleep was impossible. In fact, the new room was even worse than the previous one. There was rarely hot water when needed. The bathroom vent fan sounded horrible like nails grating on a chalkboard. The staff is arrogant and rude. Their garbage disposal area is located at the bottom of the stairwell leaning on the wall on the building. This attitude to health and hygiene is a probable cause for the roach infestation in those rooms. The A/C is extremely loud similar to a running lawn mower. All of the TV channels were inconsistent: suddenly any several of them may cease working with the message "no signal". As the days wore on, many more ceased indefinitely and flashed the same "no signal" message always. The TV remote controls in both rooms were non-responsive. The experience was so appalling that it was a downright deliberate abuse. I do believe that that experience exerted on me was due to racism. They wished me to neither complete my stay nor return in the future.

It was a dump, old and decaying. Garbage piled up all around the 1 garbage can. A couple was arguing violently until late hours. People having loud conversations in breeze way in front of rooms until late at night. No hot water the 1st morning, they did fix it that day. No breakfast, as advertised. Wi-Fi was in/out, spotty. It felt unsafe. Creepy guy peering over the wall from the empty lot next door, looked like he was casing cars, I moved mine to the other side.

Very disappointed.
Graffiti and hand prints on the headboard. No hot water. Door had a gap from either being pried open or kicked open previously...either way you could see outside. Upper level where our room was was uneven/sloped and in need of repair Hotel appears to be a low income residence for some (certificate of residence in lobby). The only restaurant in walking distance is a Dennys that had someone in mental distress hanging by the front door and looking in window. The entire area/location is sketchy...so much so that we had to leave at 3:30 am to catch a flight and the lobby was locked. Business is done via a bank style window. Weve had good luck at Super 8 in the past. This location is not recommended.

Decia que iva a tener un cuarto con cama king y sofa cama tamaño queen y cuando me dieron mi habitacion no era mas que una cama king fui a resepcio y me dijero que no tenia ese tipo d habitacion que me estaba mostrado en la app de expedia pero me ayudaron y me diero. Un cuarto con dos camastamaño queen me trataron bien pero en la app decia desayuno incluido y alberca y no habia nada de eso y aparte tenia cucarachas el cuarto

This property has a huge roach infestation. The staff were lovely. But this property is in dire need of fixing up. Between the roaches, the stains in the room and the lamps, and the cigarette smell even in non smoking rooms, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Terrible place !! No hot water for the entirety of my stay! When I told the office about it they just kept saying they will look into it . Found roaches in the bathroom and on the floors . Walls dirty and smelled like mold . I requested a partial refund and Expedia said no. Even though this has been the worst trip and worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I do not recommend this hotel or using Expedia honestly as they will do nothing about any issue you might have . Good luck
