For a whole day a water line bursted and we couldn’t take showers or use any of the water. I had to shower at a 24 hr fitness. They didn’t even comp or consider when I told them about the situations

Doors were wide open during a windy period. Debris from outdoors blown all around the lobby. Several cats in the parking lot and even near the entrance. Wouldn’t know about the rooms as our reservation was “sold out” and even though we paid for our room in advance they had no rooms available! Turned us away!
