Excellent hotel
Wonderful staff at the front desk. Breakfast is great, free parking a wonderful addition. Walkable, and convenient location. Beds are amazing. Pillows are wonderful and shower excellent.

Decent but underwhelmed
First impression was not good. Room was not ready at 3 PM checkin time. Front desk offered and completed pre-check with the expectation that the room would be ready in 15-20 minutes. They told me I could sit in the lobby and wait or they could give me a call me when room was available. I told them I’d just drive down the street to check out the waterfront. Not sure if that contributed to miscommunication but they never called. I returned an hour later and the room was ready. The room overwhelmingly smelled like cleaning products and was stuffy, but it was clean. I had to seek help with the TV later in the evening and the issue was promptly resolved. Accommodations were decent but in my opinion not commensurate with cost.

Beautiful inn. Full buffet hot breakfast with excellent service from Oswaldo. Plates were cleared away with offer of service. Free parking, close to ocean and restaurants. Room fully equipped and modern. Will be back.

When we arrived at 8pm .Gentleman who was folding towels (at the reception area) greeted us “Do you want something?”No smile or any greeting at all.at the room bath room sink was outside the bathroom and there were socks from the previous guest. For $345 a night it’s not worth it .

Great experience
Avania was cute, clean and smelled good. The service was great, everyone was kind and helpful. I expected the continental breakfast to be bagels and fruit. It was that but so much more. I loved this place. Stayed here for me wedding and so did my family. They loved it too! We would definitely stay here again and recommend!
