Was given the worst room in the property. The staff was working on maintenance tasks by my room all day long. Laundry carts banged into the wall of our room, gardeners were chopped birds of paradise plants, electric blowers and saws, dumping rocks, and the list goes on and on. We couldn’t leave our window open and couldn’t nap. It was terrible, this room should not have been used while performing these tasks. We were very disappointed with our stay especially since we really enjoyed the staff at checkin. Will not return nor will we recommend.

Beachside Inn was perfect for a weekend getaway. Their free breakfast is nice, and the area around is lively in the day and very quiet at night. Air conditioning works perfect, bedding was clean, room was also very clean, and they were very accommodating to my skin allergy. I appreciate their hospitality and this is definitely a great value hotel.

We stayed a night during our drive up the coast and it was the nicest place from LA to San Fran. The kind offerings and the warm greeting started us on the right foot. The beautiful, clean and spacious room was perfect for us to rest after walking around and searching for seals, birds, and sea otters. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was nice but a bit outdated. The bathrooms could get an update. Rooms were clean. Lobby was nice with a nice service. We liked that the breakfast was included… it was definitely a bonus. The hotel is right across the street from the beach but in a quiet part of the town. The pools was available for use but a bit small for the amount of guests. Overall, We enjoyed our stay.

This trip was just what we needed! The hotel accommodations were great and so many places were within walking distance. Including Stearn's Wharf. Do NOT skip going to Santa Barbara Shellfish Company if you love seafood. Worth the wait.

Love the breakfast buffet fare! Daily FRESH BLUEBERRIES!!! And the skewered chicken, sausages, eggs, etc etc The free wine, cheese and grapes daily 4-5 PM. The staff is amazing …. they keep everything g so clean and fresh smelling throughout the hallways! The location across the beach and walking distance to the pier, etc etc etc Highly recommend this place for business or pleasure! Just really the best!

I really liked how safe, clean, & quiet it was. Lots of restsutants, & shops that were easy to walk to. My only draw back, was just the bed was way too soft forn my liking. Other than that though, all staff was super friendly & very helpful. Always clean environment, and i loved that you guys offered free parking to guests.

Pros: Free parking, room had view of the harbor, good size room, quick to send a repair person, hot breakfast, 5-10 minutes walking distance to the pier and the restaurants. Cons: Air conditioning did not cool the room enough during the day in August. Thermostat showed room temperature as 70F but felt warmer. Repair person came quick but could not do anything more. Room temperature at night time was cool enough. Bathroom was clean but looked aged. Few loud vehicles passing by could be heard.
