I loved being able to step out the door and go for a beachfront run and walk easily downtown for restaurants, shopping and to explore. The hotel has cruiser bikes for free guest rental. It was great fun! Even tried the pool. Surprise! Unheated. But clean.

This is my favorite hotel in Santa Barbara. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, property is beautiful and staff are accommodating and kind. Nate at front desk was particularly helpful! I will stay here every time I’m in Santa Barbara.

Amazing! My mom and I had always walked past this spot on previous stays in SB and wanted to stay there just based on the fact they had fire pits! We finally did with a group of friends and it was wonderful! The fire pits were nice and we drank wine outside, listened to live music, and had a wonderfully great stay! The staff were nice and the rooms were clean and quiet.

Gorgeous grounds, fine but underwhelming room.
The hotel’s location is amazing and the grounds are really beautiful and welcoming. The room itself was underwhelming. It was fine enough but not quite as expected. It felt outdated. The phone and one bedside light weren’t working and the shower gel bottle in the shower was empty. We had mixed customer service experiences with some being very helpful and others pointing me back and forth to each other but not stepping up to resolve a question. This place is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but missed the mark for us on this occasion.

Love this property , especially that it’s pet friendly, everyone is very nice, which they had self parking , but not huge problem. Location is exceptional. The only downside i found myself is i payed extra for an upgrade, but i didn’t see the difference between the last time I reserved basic to this time doing the upgrade. Rooms are still great tho.
