I work in construction. I am held to a high standard on my skills so it’s hard for me to not pay attention to poor quality construction. Let’s talk about the pros first… Pros: -convenient -great staff -overall good experience Cons: very high cost to an outdated facility. For $1400 for 2 nights, I did not expect a $20 a night hotel bed. My bed was shaped like a potato chip. It felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. The walls are paper thin you can hear people talking in a normal voice. Window seals have a horrible paint job, flooring was sticky and the floor was not leveled in many spots. The faucet handles turn into the wall cutting into the wall and the hotel keeps painting over it rather then fixing the issue. All The tile there has cracks, and door jams have boarder line too much space for people to look inside your room. Would I return? If they updated their beds! Holiday Inn express has better beds than Hotel Milo. I really loved the staff and the over all hotel, but for how expensive it is, I expect a quality looking room.

The particular room we stayed in was very dirty and it looked like it was last updated in the '60s the room smelled like mold, screen door didn't work, my feet were so dirty walking in the room. Patio overlooking the ocean small and people from the sidewalk area left empty liquor bottles on the wall/ fence. The location was the only thing that saved this review. The staff at the front desk, porter and valet very polite.

Beautiful, centrally located to many experiences and dining in the area. Beach is literally a few steps across the street.The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and refreshingly pleasant. It is quiet and intimate. Never loud. I love the fire pit tables in the evening. And make sure you go to Chad's for breakfast....just a few steps next door.

Overall beautiful property with the best location. Hotel is located across the street from the beach and the pier and is surrounded by many dining options. Hotel room itself is a little outdated. The AC smelled like mildew on the second day and the shower temperature was off. I would stay here again

Adorable little beach front hotel.
Amazing location with lovely gardens to relax in as well as pools and a jacuzzi. Such a cute place. There is a common area with utensils, microwave and toaster oven and there was a fridge in our room.

The property was in the perfect location! Across from the beach, close to the pier and all the dining and shopping. Chad’s was the perfect breakfast spot (best breakfast of our road trip so far and it was located right beside our hotel. The room itself was clean, comfortable but located with the alley behind us and the garbage trucks were very noisy early in the morning! I thought I would take advantage of the nice green space outside the hotel in the morning to do some exercise…and stepped in dog poop. I understand that none of these complaints are the hotels fault, however, the hotel is not cheap and outdoor noise, animal feces on the property etc. is something that guests who pay a lot of money don’t want to deal with on their vacation!
